After completion of this course, learners will be able to:

Properly prepare for the termination process
Decide who the key stakeholders are in the process in order to collaborate
Make appropriate plans with security or local law enforcement when necessary
Maintain the dignity of the person whose employment is being terminated
Close out the termination with all appropriate paperwork and/or company property
