While the Workplace Violence Instructor Certification—Awareness Training provides a foundation, organizations need additional measures to effectively prevent violence. This is especially crucial for leaders, including frontline managers and supervisors, who require advanced knowledge to identify concerning behaviors and handle reports appropriately. To empower instructors in delivering this essential violence prevention message to leaders, CPPS presents the Workplace Violence Instructor Certification—Manager Training program.
