By completing the form and accessing the video for download, you are agreeing to this license agreement (“Agreement”). When Lightning Strikes may not be copied, distributed, altered, or used for financial gain. When Lightning Strikes may be utilized on a Learning Management System (LMS) or internal intranet.
All rights to the licensed programs are owned by CPPS, and are protected by United States copyright laws, international intellectual property treaties and other applicable laws. Owners retain any and all rights, titles and interests not expressly granted by this license agreement. Client may not transfer, assign or sublicense licensed programs without the prior written consent of CPPS. Any attempt to transfer or assign this agreement without prior written consent to do so shall automatically terminate this agreement. CPPS shall not be liable for any general, special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of this license and use of licensed programs.
