WVPI Needs Assessment
A programmatic review of an organization’s existing workplace violence prevention and intervention capabilities, identifying consistency with applicable standards, laws, and best practices, and establishing a baseline benchmark for measuring improvement over time. Deliverables include a Needs Assessment Report and an optional outbrief.
WVPI Vulnerability Assessment
A comprehensive onsite evaluation of all existing WVPI program capabilities and practices, including questionnaires, stakeholder interviews, review of policies and training, violence risk factors, physical security, executive protection, and organizational culture, delivering a detailed report with actionable recommendations.
WVPI Program Development
A consulting engagement in which CPPS partners with stakeholders to draft and tailor core WVPI documentation, including a Policy, Governance Plan, Active Assailant Protocol, Periodic Inspection Checklist, Hazard Inspection and Correction Form, and Threat Management Team Playbook, aligned to applicable standards and organizational culture.
WVPI Program Annual Review
An annual review of an organization’s WVPI program to ensure continued consistency with Safe Workplace Certification criteria and prevailing standards, providing a year-in assessment that identifies improvement areas and confirms program integrity.
WVPI Program Periodic Inspection Checklist
A checklist developed by CPPS for use by client personnel in performing in-house periodic inspections of the WVPI program, ensuring continued consistency with ANSI/ASIS WVPI AA-2020, OSHA Instruction CPL 02-01-058, and California’s SB-553 where applicable.
Threat Management Advisory Team Retainer
A retainer service providing 24/7 access to CPPS Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management experts for real-time consultation and expert-led incident management. Available in Access (five hours included, then pay-as-you-go) or Unlimited options.
TRM Consultation
A collaborative consulting engagement in which CPPS works with organizational teams to address targeted aspects of their Travel Risk Management program, including vendor identification, contingency plan review, travel location evaluation, and program design, delivering custom solutions tailored to the organization’s specific needs.
